IMS human resource role consist of working with consulting, business lines and sales communities. HR acts as a partner for the company. HR consists of handling issue regarding employee relation, career and leadership, resourcing and recruitment, compensation, and benefits. The position of HR can lead to a number of projects initiatives designed to support the company. The primary goal of HR is to understand the company business and translate all that they know into plans that bring about success for the company. Employee empowerment come in mind when talking about the role of HR. Employee empowerment has many different meaning if asked by different professional. Some think that it consist when sharing power and authority and some think it happens when organization process are set up to allow for it. Empowerment is understood by many as given authority to, delegate legal power to, commission, and authorize. Ims uses penetration marketing as well to market its new service or drugs. Penetration pricing is when a company markets a certain product at a lower price than its competitors. Penetration pricing have different meaning depending on the type of company and the way the use this to market products. Penetration has some pros and cons to it. It takes advantage of word-of-mouth advertising which in return the consumers will spread the word about the product. When companies market this way it can eliminate competitors who don’t have enough capital to market at such a low price. For a company to succeed in penetration pricing the company must have enough capital to stay in business to the company can raised the price back up.
I would not change the way IMS promote employees in their company. They promote form with in the company to save on having to train new employee. This also saves time

All of these are important to both HR and the employee. Both parties need to keep up with the time put in so that their pay is correct for the pay period.
