The human resource management role is to manage a department from a more strategic position. These individuals are responsible for developing strategic solutions to employment- related matters that affect the organizations ability to meet its productivity and performance goals. Things such as workplace safety, compensation and benefits, employees training, recruitment and selection then finally employee relations are all part of the development in a strategic solution. The human resource department roles are to communicate safety rules as well as enforce them to their employees.
Have considerations towards employee input or suggestions, human resource managers are the role models for their staff they should lead by example, receive and offer adequate training to all within the organization. Putting incentive programs into play will help their employees to follow all safety rules and regulations. Having regular self-inspections and researching to help identify and correct any dangerous situations. Creating a compensation system will help the human resource manager avoid any negative impact from the employees not being happy or feeling underpaid for the work that they put into the company as well as avoid any performance problem that could arise. Recruiting the right persons can help your organization succeed in reach their missions and goals. Allowing the Human resource department to take charge and control over all of the organizations hiring need will help the company to avoid violations that could potentially happen in regards to the legal requirements.
