This weekend I began the background process with Huntington Beach PD. Through their pre-polygraph questionnaire, polygraph, and the background assessment I remembered additional responses that I had not remembered before then. Simply because a few questions were phrased differently, which sparked other memories. Most of these additions are minor; however, I want to be as thorough as possible and avoid any omissions.

Is it possible to add a few responses to my pre-polygraph or is this something I can add a later date?
