Description of the project
Although conveniently located on the outskirts of a well- populate district, few people ever went to the Better Bodies Gym outside the evening peak hours. Thanks to a recent marketing campaign the gym’s membership is on the rise. The manager, Jeff Rise has instituted a special Get Fit Special rate to attract the young people, senior citizens and workers in the area to the gym during the day. So far the special is working well with over 25 new members joining the gym at the special rate of $50 per week. As a Get Fit member, you get unlimited access to the gym between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. To take advantage of this special the member must sign up and pay for two months. Regular members pay a weekly membership fee of $80.
You are Jeff Rise’s assistant and you have been assigned the task of: 1. Monitoring the gym’s income and expenses 2. Keeping track of the gym’s membership 3. Preparing various letters

The gym employs three trainers who are in charge of a minimum of five members and a maximum of eight members each in various exercise classes. Jeff wants to use a spreadsheet to track members’ attendance, fees paid to date and the staff’s commission.
Each member can only have one trainer. Regular members have unlimited access to the gym during the entire day. For the guided workout training classes, each member can only attend one session per day.
Each worksheet must have the gym’s letterhead clearly displayed on it.
The letterhead must include the company name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, and company logo. (You should supply all the data needed for the letterhead)
Each trainer’s data should contain the following: 1. Each gym member’s status (which is either special or regular) 2. Special status members have a daily attendance fee of $50, while regular status members have a
