The IBEX 35 in July of 2012 was composed by:

ABE, Abertis ([pic] Barcelona) is a conglomerate corporation founded in 1967. Its origins came from the merger of “Acesa Infraestructuras” and “Aurea Concesiones de Infraestructura”. The company runs about 6,713 kilometers of motorways. Abertis manages toll roads and parking garages, is owner of various television and radio transmission networks as well as the concessionaire of London Luton Airport. Abertis is divided in: parkings (administrating about 100,000 parking spaces), telecommunications infrastructures (they own Retevision), logistics spaces and airports (administrating partially o totally airports in England, Stockholm, Orlando and Belfast.

Its president of the board, Salvador Alemany i Mas, was licensed in the University of Barcelona and coursed a MBA in the IESE. Before being de president of Abertis he was adviser in Aucat and vicepresident of Iberpistas (both of them filials of Abertis). He also was the president of Cruz Roja Barcelona and vicepresident of Cruz Roja Cataluña. He turned down being adviser of Economy of la Generalitat de Catalunya

ABG, Abengoa ([pic] Sevilla). It is multinational corporation, which includes companies in the domains of telecommunications, transportation, but mainly the environment and the energy. It was created the 4th of January of 1941 by Javier Benjumea Puigcerver y José Manuel Abaurre Fernández-Pasalagua. Its objective firstly was make electricity meters but the economic situation didn’t allow them so they started elaborating projects, technical studies and electric installations. Between 1941 and 1950 they spread to rest of Andalucia and then the rest of Spain and finally in the 70s they become internationals. Nowadays they’re present in more than 70 countries.

Javier Benjumea Puigcerver (Sevilla, 1915 - 2001), marquis of Puebla de Cazalla, he grown up in a bourgeois family. Two of his uncles were minister, and governor of the Bank of Spain respectively. He studied with the Jesuits and coursed engineering in the Escuela de Ingenieros of ICAI (Universidad Pontificia Comillas) in Madrid. He founded Abengoa in 1941 and two of his sons run it untill 2007, one of them continues in the charge, Javier was honorific president up to his death. He also was appointed Hijo Predilecto de Andalucía in 1990.

ACS, Grupo ACS ([pic] Madrid) is dedicated to civil and engineering construction and telecommunications. It was born from the merger of OCP Construcciones and Ginés Navarro Construcciones. It’s present in many different economic sectors trough many important firms they participate in, like Abertis (motorways), Hochtief (construction), Iberdrola (energy)... the group has a global presence, including countries like Germany, India, Brazil, Chile and Morocco Nowadays they are sinking in to very deep financial problems because its debts triple its value.

The chairman since it was created, Florentino Pérez (1947), it’s also known for being the president of Real Madrid Club de Fútbol. He is graduated in Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos in the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He formed part of the direction of Asociación Española de la Carretera, Servicios de Saneamiento y Medio Ambiente, Construcciones Padrós SA, Societé Auxiliaire D'Enterprises (SAE), OCISA, OCP Construcciones SA and Sociedad Española de Montajes Industriales de Electricidad Cobra SA. In 1997 is appointed chairman of Actividades de Construcción y Servicios (ACS). In 1999 was awarded with the “Premio al Mejor Empresario” by the magazine “Actualidad Económica” and he’s the 10th fortune in Spain and the 804th in the world according to Forbes The Perez’s administration of ACS has left a debt of 9.000 million euro

ACX, Acerinox ([pic] Madrid). The company was founded in 1970; they are dedicated to the manufacture of stainless steel. We can say Acerinox is a very innovative company which had achieved remarkable succeses in their sector. Also it’s the company with the highest production capacity in the world. Acerinox is placed not only in Spain but in Kentucky, EEUU; Middleburg, Southafrica; and recently in Malasia. Unfortunately they’re also know for an accident that polluted Cadiz and meant for them a loss of millions of US dollars

The chairman of Acerinox, Rafael Naranjo Olmedo served also as General Manager of Acerinox SA, as its Chief Executive Officer from June 14, 2007 to July 2010 and as Managing Director. He has been Non-Executive Chairman of Acerinox S.A. since 2008 and has been its Director since 2002. Naranjo also serves as a Director of North American Stainless, Inc AMS, Amadeus ([pic] Madrid). Amadeus IT Group, also known as Amadeus, is a transaction processor company for the global travel and tourism industry. The company is structured around their booking services, which is the most used int he world (from it you are able to book: 490 planes agencies, 9,266 hotels,30 car rental firms, 17 cruise companies, trains and insurance companies). Amadeus was originally created as a neutral global distribution system (GDS) by Air France, Iberia, Lufthansa and SAS in 1987. They cover 195 countries but they have sites in Madrid, Spain (corporate headquarters and marketing), Sophia Antipolis, France (product development) and Erding, Germany (data processing centre) as well as regional offices in Miami, Buenos Aires, Bangkok and Dubai.

Amadeus chairman, José Antonio Tazón García, was born on March 25, 1943. He is a telecommunications engineering graduate and has a degree in computer science from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He is chairman of Amadeus IT Holding S.A. and Amadeus IT Group S.A. since 1 January 2009. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Expedia Inc. since March 2009 (online reservation portal that trades on the Nasdaq of New York). In addition, he is also member of the Permanent Commission of the Tourism Board of the CEOE since March 2011.

ANA, Acciona ([pic] Madrid) is dedicated to civil engineering, construction and infrastructure. The company was founded in 1997 through the merger of Entrecanales y Tavora and Cubiertas y MZO. Its headquarters are in Madrid, Spain; but they also have sites in Chicago, Illinois, USA. They have made important projects all over the world: Major Torre Europa, the Ting Kau Bridge in Hong Kong, the Gare do Oriente in Lisbon, El Museu de les Ciències Príncipe Felipe, the German Chancellery, the King Abdullah University Hospital, the Alqueva dam, and the El Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía.

The chief executive officer of Acciona is José Manuel Entrecanales Domecq (Madrid, 1963) he studied in Colegio Estudio de Madrid, and has a degree of Economic Sciences from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He started his proffesional career in Merril Lynch and then he joined Acciona, the family business, in 1991. In 2000 he was designed president of Airtel and then of Vodafone because of his investment on them. In 2004 he heritaged the presidency of Acciona from his father.

BBVA, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria ([pic] Bilbao) is a multinational banking group formed in 1999 from the merger of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya and Argentaria, both of which in turn had previously amalgamated three important banks in Spain: Banco de Bilbao, Banco de Vizcaya, Banco Exterior de España and the state-owned Caja Postal de Ahorros. On the present days BBVA is the 2nd largest bank in Spain, but it’s also present in Latin American countries, Portugal and Italy and expanded into the United States and in Asia. BBVA promotes huge leagues in football and basket ball such as the Campeonato Nacional de Liga de Primera División de España, considered the best league in the world; and also promotes the NBA.

Francisco González Rodríguez (October 1944) is the president of the board of BBVA since January of 2000. He is graduated in Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. From 1996 to 1999 was also de president of Argentaria, member of the board of Endesa, Banco Hipotecario de España, Banco Exterior de España, Caja Postal and Banco de Crédito Local. Out of Spain he is president of the European Financial Services Roundtable (EFR) member of the Institute for International Finance (IIF), Institut Européen d'Etudes Bancaires (IIEB), Capital Markets Consultative Group of FMI, International Monetary Conference and of the Global Advisory Council of The Conference Board. It has his social face being president of Cruz Roja, Fundación de Ayuda contra la Drogadicción, Fundación Víctimas del Terrorismo, the Museo Guggenheim de Bilbao, the Museo de Bellas Artes de Bilbao and much more

BKIA, Bankia ([pic] Valencia) is a banking conglomerate formed in December 2010 and the fourth largest bank of Spain with 12 million customers. Bankia reported a total business volume of €486 billion, but nowadays it’s partially nationalized because of the crisis and the nearly bankrupt of it, which forced them to request a bailout of €328 billion, the largest bailout for a bank in Spanish history. The new management of José Ignacio Goirigolzarri had brought loses of €4.3 billion compared with the precious president Rodrigo Rato. Althought Bankia is registered in Valencia its headquarters are placed in Madrid, in the famous Kio towers, but also is present in Germany, Austria, China, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the UK and the US. Recently Bankia has been hardly criticized because of the excessively high salaries of the board, the commissions they charge and abuse of little customers who weren’t aware of the risks of the projects they invested in.

I consider more relevant the analysis of Rodrigo Rato instead of Goirigolzarri because of the mediatic impact of the first one. He is a politician and economist. He served in the government as Minister of the Economy; a member of the conservative PP, he was also First Deputy Prime Minister and he was Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) from 2004 to 2007.

BKT, Bankinter ([pic] Madrid), formerly known as Banco Intercontinental Español, is the sixth largest bank in Spain. It was created by the joint venture of Banco Santander and Bank of America in 1965. They have made the “Fundación de la Innovación Bankinter” to help enterprising and improve the economy in general.

Born in 1953, Pedro Guerrero Guerrero, is Bankinter’s president. He was graduated in Law from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. He was president of the Sociedad Rectora de la Bolsa de Madrid and the Sociedad de Bolsas. He was a founder member and vice-president of A.B. Since March 2005 is adviser of Prosegur and actually also of Desarrollo SCR S.A. and many more.

BME, Bolsas y Mercados Españoles ([pic] Madrid) deals with the organizational aspects of the Spanish stock exchanges and financial markets of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia. In addition they offer warrants, trackers and the clearing and settlement of operations. BME is also developing a technological consultancy, operating in 23 countries and mainly providing trading systems.

Antonio José Zoido Martínez is graduated in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has been member of the board in: Federación Mundial de Bolsas (WFE), FESE (Federación Europea de Bolsas), Servicio de Compensación y Liquidación de Valores, S.A., Sociedad de Bolsas, S.A., MEFF, IASC (International Accounting Standards Committee), European Capital Markets Institute, Santander Investment Finance, S.V., S.A. and Santander Consumer Finance, S.A. Currently is presindent of BME and the Sociedad Rectora de la Bolsa de Valores de Madrid, S.A and member of the board of “Consejo de Administración de Sociedad de Bolsas, S.A.”, Clearstream International Board, and OMEL

ABK, Caixabank ([pic] Barcelona). CaixaBank, invested mainly by La Caixa, is a financial services company. The services company consists of universal banking and insurance activities of La Caixa, along with the group's stakes in Repsol YPF, Telefónica and its holdings in several other financial institutions such as VidaCaixa Grupo. The 23rd of March of this year they announced the merger with Banca Civica becoming the leader financial institution in Spain.

Caixabank chairman is Isidre Fainé. He is doctorate in Economic Sciences from the Universidad de Barcelona, also is ISMP in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated in Alta Dirección from the IESE. Apart from directing La Caixa, also is part of the board in the CECA, European Savings Banks Group, FROB, Telefónica, Abertis, Repsol and Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona

DIA, Distribuidora Internacional de Alimentación ([pic] Las Rozas) is a distribution chain market, both hard and soft discount market. They follow a low cost policy by simplifying the establishments and their management; they also do it by reducing the product’s spectrum. They are present in Spain, France, Portugal, Turkey, Argentina, Brazil and China. They try to always adapt to the local environment

The company is managed by Ana Maria Llopis, being the largest Spanish firm ruled by a woman. Doctored in Materials Inegienry from Berkeley University (California). She has been working in Procter & Gamble, Ariel, Playtex and Banesto

ELE, Endesa ([pic] Madrid) is the largest electric utilities company in Spain: produces 97,600 GWh from nuclear, fossil-fueled, hydroelectric, and renewable resource power plants and have 22.2 million customers. It was created by the autarquist franquist government in 1944 but now it’s basically controlled by Italian capital (Enel)

The president, Borja Prado, studied Law in Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. He started his professional career working for Focoex in Southamerica, finally in 1999 he reached the presidency of Banco Lazard and in 2004 he enters in the presidency board of Telecinco. He has been in Endesa since 2007.

ENG, Enagás ([pic] Madrid). It’s an energy company which owns and operates Spanish gas grid and three liquefied natural gas regasification terminals. The company was founded in 1975 by the Spanish Government with the aim of creating a nationwide network of gas pipelines. After the privatization in 1994, Gas Natural acquired a controlling stake in the company. Nowadays Gas Natural has gradually decreased its stake in the company to 5%, which has been the maximum allowed for any shareholder, according to Spanish law.

The chairman of Enagás is Antonio Llardén Carratalá. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Enagas SA since January 24, 2007. But he also has been President of Sedigas and Vice-president of Caixa De Catalunya. He serves as member of Executive Board of the Spanish Energy Club, as Member of the Commission for Industry and Energy and of the Commission for the Environment of the Spanish Confederation of Business Associations (CEOE) and the Catalan Employers Association (Foment del Treball).

FCC, Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, S.A. ([pic] Barcelona). It is a construction company which operates in the industrie of infraestructures, enviroment and manages of water and renewable energy. It was founded in Barcelona in 1900 as Fomento de Obras y Construcciones S.A. and became known as FOCSA. In 1992 FOCSA merged with Construcciones y Contratas, a company founded in Madrid in 1944 to form Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, S.A.

The chairman and CEO is Baldomero Falcones. He has been Chairman of MasterCard International (New York). He has led the merger between MasterCard and Europay; also He has been Managing Director of Banco Santander Central Hispano. Outside Spain he has been Chairman of Banco Urquijo Limited (UK), Hispano Americano Sociedade do Investimento (Portugal), Banco Hispano Americano Benelux, Banco Urquijo Chile, Fiat Finance S.A., and CEO of Banco Hispano Industrial Investment Bank

FER, Grupo Ferrovial ([pic] Madrid) is multinational company (present in more than 15 countries) involved in the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of transport, urban and services infrastructure. Founded by Rafael del Pino y Moreno. Nowadays Ferrovial’s main projects include some as the Bilbao Guggenheim Museum and Terminal 4 in Madrid Barajas International Airport

The actual CEO, Rafael del Pino Calvo-Sotelo, is the son of the founder. He is graduated in Ingenieria de Caminos, Canales y Puertos from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. He was chief executive of Ferrovial since 1992 until 1999 and chairman since 2000. He had converted Ferrovial from a construction company in to an infrastructures and services global leader.

GAM, Gamesa ([pic] Zamudio) is a manufacturing company principally involved in the fabrication of wind turbines and the construction of wind farms: they develop, manage and sell them. It was formerly headquartered in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, but subsequently moved in 2010 to Zamudio, Bizcaya. Gamesa was the 1st in its sector in Spain and the 2nd in the world, but due to the expansion of Chinese manufacturers, Gamesa descended to fourth place. Gamesa began to work in 1976 focused on developing new technologies like robotics and microelectronics and applying them. But from 1994 they have specialized in wind turbines.

The chairman is Ignacio Martín San Vicente, he is graduated in Ingenieria Superior Electrica from Universidad de Navarra. Until now he has worked in the management of GKN Automotive International, Alcatel España and CIE Automotive.

GAS, Gas Natural ([pic] Barcelona) is a natural gas utilities company which operates primarily in Spain but also in such countries as Italy, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Moldova and Morocco. They are dedicated to suppleness, distribution and commercialization of natural gas, electricity generation and distribution. The electricity comes from the acquisition of Union Fenosa, the 3rd in Spanish market. It was created from the merged of Catalana de Gas and Gas Madrid in 1991

Salvador Gabarró Serra, the chairman of Gas natural, is Doctor in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Cataluña. He has been director,production director and manager (in this order) of Compañía Roca Radiadores, S. A. He has been appointed president of Gas Natural after being 65 years old.

GRF, Grifols ([pic] Barcelona) is a multinational pharmaceutical and chemical company which principally a produces blood plasma-based products (a field in which it is the European leader), in vitro diagnostic products and non-biological products for laboratories and hospitals. It was founded in 1940 in Barcelona by Dr José A. Grifols Roig. Besides being in the Spanish stock market, Griflos is also in the larger American stock market: Nasdaq. That can be explained because Grifols bought Naceris completely (its bigger competitor in the USA)

The founder, José A. Grifols Roig (1885-1976), hematologist and scientist, was the first researcher to publish the plasmapheresis procedure in 1951. He was graduated in Medicine from the Universidad de Barcelona; he also studied in Munich University and Doctorate with a thesis of the Wasserman Reaction. He created the company in 1940 with his sons.

IAG, International Airlines Group ([pic] Madrid) is a British-Spanish multinational airline holdin company. Its headquarters are in London but it is registered in Madrid. It’s a recent company, formed in January 2011 by the merger of British Airways and Iberia. This merged was extremely profitable because now it is the seventh-largest airline company in the World and the third in Europe. It has a fleet of 408 planes and 200 destinations; between both companies they carry more than 50 million people every year.

IAG’s president, Antonio Vázquez Romero, is graduated in Economic Sciences from the Universidad de Malaga. From 2007 to 2009 he was external adviser for Iberia in representation of Logista. He has hold important positions in Tabacalera, Altadis and Telefonica Internacional before being in Iberia and then IAG.

IBE, Iberdrola ([pic] Bilbao) is a Spanish private multinational electric utility company which produces and distributes electricity, renewable energy, natural gas production and telecommunications. Iberdrola was created more than 150 years ago from the merged of Hidroelectrica Española and Iberduero, and nowadays they are present in more than 40 countries and have more than 30 million of costumers. Subsidiaries include Iberdrola Renovables; Iberdrola Portugal (Portugal), Scottish Power (Scotland), Iberdrola USA (United States), Elektro (Brazil), Electropaz (Bolivia), among others.

José Ignacio Sánchez Galán is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Iberdrola, He is graduated in electro-mechanical industrial engineering from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería (ICAI) at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, in Business Administration and Foreign Trade from the Instituto Católico de Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ICADE) at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid) and obtained a degree in General Business Administration and Foreign Trade from the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI) of Madrid. He is able to speak English, French and Italian. He has been chairman of Eurojet and CEO of Airtel

IDR, Indra ([pic] Alcobendas) is an information technology and defense systems company. It was created in 1992 from the merged of a bunch of minor companies, and in the actual days they are present in more than 30 countries and have customers in another hundred. Their services are IT systems and defense services, transportation, energy, telecommunications, financial services and public sector clients. Indra claims to focus on systems and solutions (Outsourcing AM, Maintenance, etc...), and business processes where technology is a strategic and differentiating element (BPO).

Indra’s president, Javier Monzón, is graduated in Economic sciences. He started his professional career working in Caja Madrid, after this he was the president of Telefonica and Alpha Corporate in Arthur Andersen España. In 1991 he was appointed president of Inisel, which was absorbed by Indra.

ITX, Inditex ([pic] Arteijo) is a textile, both fabrication and distribution, company. They run more than 5,402 stores all around the world and also owns brands like Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Oysho, Pull and Bear, Stradivarius, Zara, Tempe and Uterqüe, and a low cost brand named Lefties. They follow a corporate-owned stores policy, franchises are only conceded in countries where corporate properties can not be foreign-owned. They also follow a policy of manufacturing everything themselves and Zara stores have new designs every two weeks. Originally almost all merchandise was manufactured in Arteijo but now most production has shifted to low-cost labor countries such as Morocco and China.

The chairman and CEO of Inditex is Pablo Isla, but Amancio Ortega, Spain's richest man and world's 5th richest man is the founder and largest shareholder. He started as a gofer and then he created Goa, in 1975 he opened the first store in what would grow into the enormously popular chain of fashion stores called Zara which become in what is now.

MAP, Corporación MAPFRE ([pic] Majadahonda) which came from Mutua de Accidentes de Propietarios de Fincas Rústicas de España, is the leading insurance company in Spain and the largest non-life insurance company in South America. They are present in more than 46 countries and they’re quoted in the exchange market of Madrid and Barcelona. MAPFRE was created in 1933 in response to the necessity of insure the farm workers after the Land Law legislation. Afterwards they spread to other sectors: in the sixties they left back the agricultural sector insurances, in the seventies they start making entities net in Spain and finally in the eighties they start the internationalization to South America

The president of MAPFRE is Antonio Huertas Mejías, (graduated in Law from Universidad de Salamanca) but before being the president he has worked in many other charges in the company (chairman of MAPFRE FAMILIAR, MAPFRE AUTOMOVILES, CEO of MAPFRE PRAICO...)

MTS, Arcelor Mittal ([pic] Luxemburgo). It is the largest steel producing company in the world with more than 310.000 employees in 60 countries. It is considered to be the only global steel producer in the world. It was created from the merged of Mittal Steel and Arcelor, in 2006. Arcelor is the market leader in steel for use in automotive, construction, household appliances and packaging in the main markets all around the World. Besides, they have a very good position talking about R&D.

The owner, founder, chairman and CEO of Arcelor is Lakshmi N. Mittal. That makes him the richest man of Europe, the richest man with Asian nationality and the 5th richest man of the world, according to Forbes. He graduated from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in business and accounting. Lakshmi comes from a business family in India and his choice of the steel sector comes from his father who ran a steel company, nowadays his father’s company has grown but Lakshmi has no connection with it.

OHL, Obrascón Huarte Lain ([pic] Madrid) is a multinational construction and civil engineering company. The company is involved in infrastructure and commercial property construction, as well as homebuilding and the operation of toll road and other transport concessions. They are very actively present in Brazil, Mexico and Florida (USA). OHL was founded by merger of Obrascón-Huarte and Construcciones in 1999,

Obrascón Huarte Lain’s president, Juan Miguel Villar Mir, is a lawyer, doctorate in Ingenieria caminos, canales y puertos from Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos of Madrid. He was de vicepresindet of the spanish goverment and Minister of the Treasury Department of Spain during the dictatorship. He was appointed marquis of Villar de Mir in 2011 by the king Juan Carlos I

POP, Banco Popular ([pic] Madrid) is the fourth largest banking group in Spain; apart from the banking services they also offer insurances. It was created in 1926, in 1962 they spread to France and then to Portugal (2000). In 2007 they bought a small bank in southern Florida.

Among his founders stands out Alfonso XVIII, but the current president is Ángel Ron, the one I’ll talk about. He is graduated in law from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. He started working in Banco popular in 1984. Since then he has been climbing up, starting from simple employee in Galicia he was sent to Madrid, and he had ended in the presidency of the company

REE, Red Eléctrica de España ([pic] Alcobendas) is dedicated to the transportation of electricity, neither distribution of production. It owns the whole transportation net in Spain. They’re also present in Bolivia where they cover the 74% of the country’s use, but the government of Bolivia is trying to nationalize it. It was created in 1985 by the company Instituto Nacional de Industria (an institution from the government) to provide a unified national power grid.

Luis María Atienza, chairman and CEO, it's a politician and businessman. Graduated in Economic Sciences from Universidad de Deusto, he amplified his studies in Universidad de Nancy and in Universidad Libre de Bruselas. He had a political career in which he was minister of Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación from 1994 to 1996, and was appointed to some other jobs in the Partido Socialista de Euskadi, Instituto de Conservación de la Naturaleza... In the other hand he also has had a business career being president of Red Eléctrica de España from 2004 to 2012 and adviser of Redes Electricas Nacionais since 2007.

REP, Repsol ([pic] Madrid) is an integrated oil and gas company. They explore and product oil and gas, trade and transport natural gas and LNG, refine oil and petrochemistry in general. It is now the 15th largest petroleum refining company with operations in 28 countries and employing over 40,000 people worldwide. It was created in 1987 from the merged of a bunch of minor companies owned by the Instituto Nacional de Hidrocarburos. Ana Patricia Botín, Botín's daughter, was the President of Banesto from 2002 to November 2010 and is the CEO of Santander UK since December 2010, and is considered as his probable successor to the presidency of BSCH

SYV, Sacyr Vallehermoso ([pic] Madrid) is a Spanish company dedicated to all types of construction: house promoting, infrastructures management, patrimonialism activities.... It is publicly-traded. Luis Fernando del Rivero Asensio is graduated in Ingenieria de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, he was president of Grupo SACYR Vallehermoso from 2004 to 2011and also the main share holder of it, he also he was a directive of Real Madrid. In his professional career there are construction firms like Hiceosa or Ferrovial.

TEF, Telefónica ([pic] Madrid) is he sixth largest mobile network provider in the world broadband and telecommunications (home phones, mobile phones, broadband, FTTH, digital TV...) provider with operations in Europe, the United States, Latin America and in Asia since 2010. The company was formed in 1997 from the public monopoly of telecommunications in Spain, after the liberalization of the telecommunication market.

Jose Lladó Fernandez-Urrutia, President, Founder and principal shareholder of Tecnicas Reunidas and Member of Honor of the American Chemical Society, is doctorate in Chemical Sciences at the University of Madrid. He was executive President of the CSIC, Minister of Commerce in 1976, and then, in 1977 Minister of Transport and Communications. In 1979 he was Ambassador of Spain in the United States.

TRE, Técnicas Reunidas ([pic] Madrid), previously known as Gestevisión Telecinco (until 2011), is the largest television network and media production company in Spain. Nowadays Mediaset manages the following channels: Telecinco, Cuatro, LaSiete, Factoría de Ficción, Boing, Divinity, Energy, Telecinco HD and Cuatro HD.
