I am teaching a class with students, where many of them have IEPs, two of them have 504s, and two of them are ESOL students. The IEPs allow for individualized learning plans, most of the students have the same learning disabilities. They receive the accommodations of being read to, receiving pre-written notes, extra time on work, extra time to turn in work, and extra help when needed. All of these accommodations are when needed. I treat all students as Westwood states, that all students can complete the same activities with little modifications as necessary. This is the way I planned my lesson segment. I made as many modifications as necessary to help those students who needed it, but also made the modifications available to all students because
