Fiber helps lower cholesterol, normalize blood glucose and insulin levels, and can help you to feel full longer and therefore reduce the calories consumed. Increase your fiber intake by choosing whole wheat breads, pastas, cereals, fruits and vegetables.
Usually I am not someone to eat healthy, but since I am breast-feeding and trying to lose weight, I need to eat as healthy as I can for myself and my baby girl. I could eat this if I was going to go out to eat.
