As you know, we are all submitting a book to be utilized for literature circles. Thus, I would like to offer up Imager’s Battalion to be considered by you. Although you may already have a book in mind, such as Jason’s offering of The One and Only Ivan, do not be close minded. Do not settle for some book you like that you have read ten times over. Choose a book you haven’t read, or even heard of. Like Imager’s Battalion.
Imager's Battalion is a excellent example of good character development. There are about 5 main characters, each of them with a unique backstory. Indeed, it rarely mentions events in the past books, only hinting at them, never widely discussed, so that it melds into the background story of the characters. Thus, Imager’s Battalion provides no impediment by virtue of its placement in a series.
Thus, I rest my case. Although Imager’s Battalion may be a book that you have never heard of, give it a try. Settle not for books well known. Look beyond, to the realms of books like Imager’s Battalion. Choose Imager’s Battalion, and you will not be
