IMPACT OF SYN-PROPANETHIAL-S-OXIDE (C3H6OS) IN BASAL TEAR FILM * INTRODUCTION
Eyes are one of the greatest creation of god. The beauty of world perecived by most beautiful organ of the body. The tear film protects their eye from any type of infection organisms. As well as it makes the moisturing the eye which reduces the friction of eyelid & cornea while blinking.
The people having lack of tear or dryeye issues such as burning, irritation, eyestrain in their life regularly. The growth of composition techonology increasing the prevalance of dry eye. The people as they grow older also tear production decreased which leads to dry eye.
In our study we want to find out cutting onion means effect of SYN-PROPANETHIAL-S-OXIDE (C3H6OS) on eye in tear secreation , stability & biochemistry
AIM
To find out the basal tear secreation due to Syn-Propanethial-s-oxide * Objectivities * Reflex * Bicompostion of tear secreation
* MATERIALS & METHODS
The subjects need to be informed about test
Tearfilm breakup time (TBUT) & schimer test need to be done Tear sample need to be taken for biochemical test
We will request to Subjects to cut onions
After cutting the onion tear sample will be taken for biochemical test after 2min of cutting onion
Tearfilm breakup (TBUT) & schimer test need to be done
After that again the subject will be requested to cut the onion after use of anesthia.
Now compare before and after cutting the tear composition , TBUT & Schimer test NORMAL | ONION | ANESTHESIA | Water | | | Solids | | | Na | | | K | | | Cl | | | HCO3 | | | Ca | | | Proteins | | | Amino acids | | | Urea | | | GLUCOSE | | |
