We all find something eccentric or unconventional which we can identify with and enjoy more than others do. Since cosplay has been expanding wildly, the participants have developed a passionate hobby, and for some even a lifestyle. For many people cosplay is an art and a way of creative expression and a vehicle to proudly display their love for characters and mediums ranging from literature, television and films. Before the term cosplay emerged it was called “costuming” dating back to the 1930s in North America. During this time period people did not mimic the appearance of characters, however they dressed accordingly to the specific theme.
