Otto frank was the only survivor out of the Franks,the Van Dans and dussel. He was born May 12,1889.He was an ordinary German guy with jewish beliefs, who met his wife edith frank and had two kids. Margot frank was their first child and Anne frank was otto's second child , Anne was only about thirteen when the Jews were quickly targeted by hitler and non Jewish believers. Hitler was in power from 1933-1945. The Frank's and The Van Daans Were forced into hiding for almost two years, with little food, little space and little privacy until they were found and captured on August 4,1944.
