Pit Bulls Pit bulls are a very misunderstood breed of animals. Normally when people hear the word “pit bull” they automatically think of the worse such as: dogs fighting and attacking or aggressive and monstrous dogs, however this is not the case. The only reason pit bulls are like that is because the owners have raised them to be that way, they have taught them from a very young age to be extremely violent and attack other dogs, resorting them being in dog fights as well. Most people believe everything they hear about pit bulls such as myths. One myth is that they have “locking jaws” in all reality they actually do not. They are just like any other dog. If you were to take a pit bulls skulls and a golden retriever’s skull you would see that they have the same characteristics and all around bone structure.
