SUMMARIZATION OF THE BASIC PROJECT STRUCTURE OF VOIP INSTALLATION VOIP’s working and the basic idea behind its installation is to create a good range of communication between and for the people to communicate in a better manner and also it is the most cost efficient installation in comparison to all other means. Firstly VOIP stands for “voice over IP” and it’s the most basic term which is used for the good range of communication of voice alerts and messages over internet. But to clear its very own full form it’s not only voice which is transferred but actually many kinds of data including fax, videos, etc. The most basic need is obviously an internet connection but over that you need a SIP (Signaling Protocol).SIP’s are basically attached for a basic server- client-customer connection. SIP’S could be the softwares which are anyways installed on your customers’ computer or any device. Like for instance one may consider some popular examples like; JITSI or BRIA it’s a commercial multi-platform client for windows, android and iOS .Other examples could be of SIP phone like SNOM phones, POLYCON phones. Besides the sips being the end structure they are and could be gateway for translating mobile networks and old fixed- net. Usually the basically act like a customer faced client but actually they are able to do much loader work of calls and transmission. At times they are connected via ISDN types lines E1 OR could be T1 and many times SS7 kind of layer is also used on the top. For setting up a good and fast communication channel you need to have a better kind of signaling protocol which abbreviates you of what type of clients , server are you going to communicate among and what are their basic needs for accepting your voice calls , messages , fax or whatever one wishes to transmit . The one which we often use is a brighter example of it namely, SKYPE and also one which we are mainly focused on while we are initializing this installation is SIP (Session Initial Protocol). The most important part of the installation of VOIP is registering of SIP’s. So but know if customers have an email id they can easily contact to us as they have an end faced SIP at their place and we too have it on our face but what if someone hast to connect through numbers be it landline , mobile , fax or anything else how would they communicate . There is one thing like PSTN (Public Switched Telephony Network )SO for now the work generates to the SIP provider of ours he need to establish a connection between us by mapping a PSTN number to our SIP URL . So this is how SIP helps in routing the calls from and to using the SIP-URL connection. SO to end up if one wants to work upon this VOIP structure they also need to know and understand this SIP structure because they work together to give an ultimate result . VOIP implementation drastically reduces much of your costs like hardwares’ and also some heavy and big dongy equipments’ but yes some hardwares are also used for VOIP. The most basic device is VOIP phone, data cable for every phone destination, it may require a lot of wiring too. The cost is around $59 to $264, per cable optimized. The short term costs are (physical hardwares, servers, computers, phones, etc.) the longer one are call charges, bills etc. The wave offs for some of your costs would be monthly charges would be lesser less interactions with visual sites of no use, better call cascading, caller ID’S, DID’s. One needs a whole transformation like replacing all phone systems throughout the company. Estimated overall cost would be around $5600 it would vary from different companies depending about its size and needs. Most importantly if we switch from our old panicky system to a new VOIP there has to be a lot of changes but main is we have to replace all old equipments with new PBX telephone which would cost us around $46-$679. To manage all these we need a larger amount of power supply too which would cost around $300-$3000. Then we also need some routers and repeaters to enhance and maintain our network. These are some works whom an I.T. PERSON deals apart
From these there are some environmental issues to be dealt with they actually come under H.R. DEPARTEMENT. Like to give instructions to people, to maintain the clarity and some other humanitarian and environmental issues.

The above data assumingly reflects the needs and prospectus according to which the work has to be done and manipulation of implementation of VOIP’s. In today’s era of competition and over burdening of loads of works and targets to be meet we need fast and highly efficient working system which VOIP would undoubtedly provide us and also fulfill our high expectations of getting our company to the top. It would help us create new contacts to be working with and also will take our company to higher standards of international market.
