On 04/20/18, at approximately 4:30pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) was dispatched to the area of 5471 Inglecrest Place on a dog at large, patrol only. I arrived on scene at approximately 5:12pm. I saw a Pit Bull Mix (Brindle/White) in the general area. I took a picture of the pit bull loose. I exited my vehicle, and as I walked towards the pit bull, the pit bull took off running behind houses in the area. I followed the pit bull to the back of 105 Hilliard Rome Rd, where the pit bull jumped the fence into the backyard of that location. I drove around to the above stated address. I was met by a unknown male that was trying to capture the pit bull on Inglecrest Place. I went to the front door of that location, the front door was open and inside was three dogs in varying breed and sizes. I knocked on the door and received no answer. I requested FCACC Dispatcher A. Dembiec arrived on scene a short time later, I advised her of the last location on Inglecrest Place where I saw the pit bull. Deputy Warden M. Dembiec drove to that location. We initially could not locate the pit bull, but eventually heard barking in the 5000 block of Ingecrest Place. Deputy Warden M. Dembiec relocated to that area and advised me that she located the pit bull. I relocated to Inglecrest Place. Where I saw Deputy Warden M. Diebic feeding the pit bull doggie treats to try to capture the pit bull. A unknown male, allowed his two dogs to come outside and the pit bull proceeded to follow the dogs. We in turned followed the pit bull. We tried to capture the pit bull in the back yard where the pit bull was trying to engage with the other dogs, but to no avail. The pit bull ran to the backyard of 105 Hilliard Rome Rd. Deputy Warden M. Dembiec and I jumped the
