There are several things everyone should keep in mind. First of all, everyone should be aware of the importance of the Testing Procedure Specification reports. The new cover sheets of the TPS reports should be used. A committee will be established and recruit members to work on that how to address the quality control issue.

The New Requirements of Testing Specification reports
Everyone needs to know that how important the TPS report is and everyone needs to get attention of the TPS report which makes sure the software is up to specifications.

The new cover sheets of TPS reports should be used before the TPS reports get out, which helps our company builds a better image of our company and creates better qualities of codes. To do the new cover sheets of TPS, programmers should follow these simple steps:

1. Run the simulation
2. Compare to the template to make sure it’s up to specs
3. Document the test on the TPS report
4. Put it on the cover sheet with your ID number

The new cover sheets help us reducing the complains from clients of crashes and making sure everyone did the quality control check

I will start a team of staff to investigate how to address the quality control issues tomorrow. If you are a programmer who has been here 3 or 4 years or a manager and you are interested, please put your name on the sheet, and put it on the bulletin board by the break room labeled committee to let me know.
