Introduction
SHOP ARCHITECTS is an architecture firm located in Lower Manhattan, that is working on projects throughout New York, the United States, and Africa. Led by seven principals with a staff of over 160 architects and designers, the firm provides services for building types including residential, academic, cultural, office, and commercial buildings, as well as large-scale master plans. SHoP works closely with its sister company, SC (SHoP Construction), which provides services in construction management building information modeling, sustainability engineering, and building envelope consulting.
The firm designed the Barclays Center arena in Brooklyn, New York and the Botswana Innovation Hub in Africa

OTG MANAGEMENT is an award-winning airport food & beverage operator with more than 200 restaurants and eateries in ten airports, including Philadelphia, John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia, Minneapolis-St. Paul,Toronto-Pearson, Boston Logan,Tucson, Washington National, Orlando and Chicago O’Hare. Since their entry into airports in 1996, they have been recognized throughout the industry for exceptional customer focus and ground breaking innovation.

ALTA BICYCLE SHARE is a company based in Portland, Oregon, that operates bicycle sharing systems in the United States and Australia.[1] The systems provide a flexible method for completing short trips, as contrasted with the longer rentals offered by traditional bike rental companies.

SHOP is showing in the innovation radar that their strongest points are customers, organization, presence, brand and offerings. Today the company has achieved more publicity thanks to their latest achievements, thanks to the publicity word of mouth to numerous written articles. This has helped the company to get more presence and get to audience all around the world. One of the things that made the different is the sustainable design these is a new trend that is being ecological and reusing materials to design from small decorations to buildings. The brand is getting more power thanks to the presence and the organization they have to achieve their objectives. The lowest point is platform because they can´t have just one product and changing only some features. They have to design from start every project to fulfill every necessity that their customers have.
OTG case we can see that the radar is almost perfect like the other two companies we´re analyzing. One of the best things that they have in the innovation radar is the customer experience, this restaurant that is in the airports is making a huge effort to make all the customers have the best time waiting with all the commodities like: sofas, connections to charge their phones and computers, and some nice food. They are offering more than food is the experience of commodity for people that travels a lot, and give them the chance to check emails or just to relax a while. They supply chai have is one of the most important, they manage to get every product in time and with great quality.
ALTA has in the innovation radar offerings, value capture and organization as their highest points. Value capture because they are using the rent bicycle to get some sponsors and put their publicity there. So with only one product they are getting more money. Organization for example is one of the most important points that is making this company be as innovative as it can be.
