Abstract
Operant conditioning or sometimes referred as instrumental conditioning is a way that attempts to modify behavior through the use of positive and negative reinforcement that is designed by B.F. Skinner. The objective of this experiment is to illustrate behavior modification through the application of operant conditioning techniques (Tria & Limpingco, 2014, pp. 64-66). The experiment are composed of 2 students that will act as experimenter and 2 naïve students as subjects which one will be for controlled and another for experimental. The subject will stood in one place and put the marbles in bottle X and Y using only one hand throughout the experiment, after each trial (6 trials) switch the position of the bottle.

Introduction
Operant conditioning or sometimes referred as instrumental conditioning is a way that attempts to modify behavior through the use of positive and negative. Through operant conditioning, an individual makes an association between a particular behavior and consequence. B.F. Skinner believed that the best way to understand behavior is to look at the causes of an action and its consequences. He called this approach operant conditioning. His theory of operant conditioning was based on the work of Thorndike (1905). In other words Skinner tells us that the behaviors that are reinforce will tend to continue, while behaviors that are punished will tend to end. He simply tells us how a child or an individual good behavior to continue will.
