Mặt khác, nhu cầu giảng dạy và học tập tiếng Đức cho người Việt và tiếng Việt cho người nước ngoài gia tăng là động lực thúc đẩy nghiên cứu mối quan hệ ngôn ngữ và văn hóa bởi vì dạy một ngoại ngữ là truyền đạt tới người học các năng lực giao tiếp, ngôn ngữ và cung cấp cho người học toàn bộ những tri thức cần thiết về đất nước học, văn hóa văn minh của cộng đồng ngôn ngữ đó. Giao tiếp nói chung và giao tiếp ngôn ngữ nói riêng luôn là một lĩnh vực mang tính đặc thù ngôn ngữ văn hóa cao. Nói đến năng lực ngôn ngữ là nói đến năng lực sử dụng phương tiện ngôn ngữ trong giao tiếp, một năng lực linh hoạt, hiệu quả và trên hết, mang tính chuẩn mực xã hội - ngôn ngữ của một cộng đồng giao tiếp. In addition, the culinary tourist or the tourist for whom food tourism is an important, if not primary, reason influencing his travel behavior, is its focus. The empirical objectives of this dissertation concerned identifying the underlying dimensions of food tourism, developing a conceptual framework that explains participation in food tourism, develop taxonomy of food tourists by segmenting the tourists based on their participation in food tourism, and finally identifying the variables that predict membership in these food tourist segments. The effect of sociodemographic variables on participation in food tourism, and their association with the food tourist segments were also examined. Further, all the findings were analyzed within the theoretical framework of the world culture theory of globalization and the cultural capital theory.
