Strength * US open visa to Chinese, more students are coming to US to study—number of student increase enormously in past 3 years * 29% of 230,000 student from China hitsNear 70,000 in studying business and management * 20% of Chinese students have intention to practice in real job for 3-5 years ( 14,000 student) * About 5% of them wants to settle down in US | Weakness * Lack of resource to find Intern/OPT sponsor * Lack of skills to participate in a real industry practice | Opportunity * Huge gap between high end text book theory and low end operation practice * Students thirst for intern/job opportunities and willing to pay for it. * We have just the right resource for them * Chinese students are more attractive to companies/association in which they desire to open their China branch or desire to expand their service | Threats * No Company is willing to do babysitting for intern students * Associations provides little practice for intern students * Mandatory payroll requirements from government labor law? And wage requirement to get H1-B visa |

Our resources: * 2010-2013 2500 students have successfully enrolled in US colleges/universities. 1000 of them will enter US to study in fall 2014. * We have 300 tutors in 200 different US colleges/universities. 70% of the tutors are students and 30% of the tutors are in OPT. So they are very familiar with this field. * Research from USC shows 70% of International students are from graduate school. * The average hourly tuition fee in University is $30-$35. It can be a benchmark for us to set the price. *
