Why should I hire you? The reason that I think you should hire me is because I bring a mixture of experience and hard work. I have been in engineering for 15 years, in addition managed a team of 7 and in an office environment for the over 3 years. As an operations engineer and manager, I would bring to the table a view from the ground up to upper management that would be a driver in my force to help me to bring innovative ideas on how meet the 5 9th criteria for outage time and build relations within the team.
What are your strengths? I am a strong team player, who is thoughtful, logical and passionate about this work. I have a proven track record of building relationships with vendors, out of the box thinking and results oriented.
What are your weaknesses? At time I have found that I may take on too much of the workload, and I need to make sure that I delegate the work accordingly, to help myself and the team.
Why are you applying for this position? This field/technology has always interested me, it’s amazing how you can start from scratch and build a network to carry voice and data. My passion and knowledge will help lead this team to become a leader in this field.
How are you qualified for this position? I have 15 years in the field, including the last 3 years as a manger for a wireless carrier. After reviewing this position, I am positive my working knowledge, attitude and passion make me the perfect fit for this job.
Why are you interested in working for our firm? I have reviewed your company online, and from talking to a few people that work for your firm. They have raved about how your company is team oriented, goal oriented, and employee first. You firm is also well known for the philanthropy with in the industry and its integrity.
