The proponent have interviewed Ms. Aranza, Director of Internal Audit, on July 3, 2015 regarding the identification of processes and departments involved in conducting fund raising activities and off-campus activities.

These are the questions that have been raised during the interview: 1. What are the processes to conduct a fund raising activity and off campus activity? 2. What are the requirements needed? 3. Who are the people or different departments involved?
There are three key actions in carrying out the fund raising and off-campus activities. First and foremost, a letter of intent addressed to the president should be submitted for the approval one month prior to the proposed activity. It would be evaluated by the concerned Vice Presidents and would be then recommended or forwarded to the President for final assessment. Upon approval, the additional requirements and documents should be submitted by the proponent. After the conclusion of the activity, the proponent is expected to submit related reports such as financial, accomplishment and assessment reports and other supplemental documents in the respective activities. The current detailed processes of the activities are mapped using Swim lane processing. The proponents have also proposed process to develop the existing process:
Just like the fund raising board, the proponents have suggested to form an off-campus board in screening, evaluating, and recommending to the President. It will promote a broader view of assessing off-campus activity and unified decision unlike the current where the decision is individually made. In addition, it will hasten the process of evaluation and recommendation to the President.
The proponents deemed the fund raising activity process optimal due to its commendable filtering of the activity and post-activity. Writing an accomplishment report for the concerned
