I realized that it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be to be on the other side (to be the one coming up with the questions). I did make eye contact with the interviewer but not at all times. I know it’s okay to not constantly have your eyes glued to that person but in the video it shows that I could have made more eye contact. To me, hand gestures are good when speaking but only to a certain extreme. I need to work on doing a little less on the hand gestures and a little more on the eye contact.
