Branches of Government
Our Constitution of the United States of America was written for the people. Our lives revolve around the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of government, which are in Articles 1, 11, and 111 of the Constitution. Article 1, which consists of the legislative branch (Congress), revolves around the Senate who holds the elections for new Senators and divides into three classes when they meet to vote a person in or out. Also the house of representative, which determines what rules everyone, must follow. However, both the representatives and Senators pay comes from the treasury department. Article 11, which consists of the executive branch or (President), revolves around the president powers, and job requirements. Also in this Article is impeachment, which comes in effect if the president or any officers (civil) commit a crime. Finally, Article 111 consists of the judicial branch or (Supreme Court), which revolves around the highest judges in power who will receive a nice compensation for his or her services and treason, which is anyone providing goods to the enemy and two people witnessing will face punishment from Congress. However, in this paper the team will provide information to show why the government was split into three branches and how the people benefit from this. The obstacles the powers presented to legislation, and the difference between the federal government and champion of state rights from then to now. The Constitution is a very important document, and it was written in 1787 to protect the people of the United States.
One of the main reasons the America’s forefathers divided the government into the legislative, judicial, and executive branches was so any of the three branches would gain power over the other. The Founding Fathers had high hopes for this country. So therefore, to avoid chaos, our fathers came up

Definition of international business Emergence of developing nations in international business Motives of international business from companies and nations Fundamental differences between Domestic and International business Few successful organizations in Domestic & International business International business: Meaning and Scope In the post independence era, more than half-century Indian entrepreneurs concentrated on domestic operations and a surplus production was exported. The physical movement of goods, called EXPORT cannot represent International business. International business is defined as “any commercial transaction-taking place across the boundary lines of a sovereign entity”. It may take place either between countries or companies or both. Private companies involve themselves in such transactions for revenue, profit and prosperity. If governments are involved, they need to maintain their image, dependency and economic growth. Sometimes economic ties are strengthened through such transactions. These transactions include investments, physical movements of goods and services, transfer of technology and manufacturing. ...CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT AND BAD DEBT CONTROLLING Case: ANZ Vietnam LAHTI UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES Degree program in International Business Thesis Spring 2013 Minh Thong To Lahti University of Applied Sciences Degree Programme in International Business MINH THONG, TO Credit risk management and bad debt controlling Case: ANZ Vietnam Bachelor’s Thesis in International Business, 53 pages, 3 pages of appendices Spring 2013 ABSTRACT It can be seen that the Vietnamese economy in the first decade of the 21st century has a significant development in the banking sector. Commercial banks represent a big role in this development. The banks’ capital rose rapidly and became an important factor in Vietnamese economic growth. However, a negative side always follows the result of any growth. Expanding operation leads to debt rate increase in most commercial banks. Especially bad debts rate rose rapidly. Bad debts became a serious problem for the Vietnamese economy. When the amount of bad debts increases to a particular point, it will hinder the development as well as the operations of the banks. Due to this issue, controlling the bad debt rate is hard work for all commercial banks. There is no model of solution for all banks. According to specific characteristic of each bank, specific solutions to control bad debt rate are provided. However, those solutions seem to be not as effective as expected due to many reasons. When Vietnam became an official member of the World Trade...

Bloodlines of the Illuminati

...Bloodlines of Illuminati by: Fritz Springmeier, 1995 Introduction: I am pleased & honored to present this book to those in the world who love the truth. This is a book for lovers of the Truth. This is a book for those who are already familiar with my past writings. An Illuminati Grand Master once said that the world is a stage and we are all actors. Of course this was not an original thought, but it certainly is a way of describing the Illuminati view of how the world works. The people of the world are an audience to which the Illuminati entertain with propaganda. Just one of the thousands of recent examples of this type of acting done for the public was President Bill Clinton’s 1995 State of the Union address. The speech was designed to push all of the warm fuzzy buttons of his listening audience that he could. All the green lights for acceptance were systematically pushed by the President’s speech with the help of a controlled congressional audience. The truth on the other hand doesn’t always tickle the ear and warm the ego of its listeners. The light of truth in this book will be too bright for some people who will want to return to the safe comfort of their darkness. I am not a conspiracy theorist. I deal with real facts, not theory. Some of the people I write about, I have met. Some of the people I expose are alive and very dangerous. The darkness has never liked the light. Yet, many of the secrets of the Illuminati are locked up tightly simply because secrecy is a way...
