Yes, the labor practices of another country is a relevant consideration as far as international trade is concerned most especially in terms of imports and exports which are patronized by consumers all over the world. Nowadays, information is made available to the public and is accessed by people at their most convenient time through the World Wide Web or internet. A curious consumer can learn as to where the products he or she wish to purchase were manufactured as well as to where the raw materials are gathered. The level of satisfaction decreases and an increase in dissatisfaction can be a result of a knowledgeable consumer who is aware of the company’s labor practices. Moreover, international trade is not only after the products a country produces but also concerned as to the social responsibility of the company or country as to which the products are produced.
