Matrix Organization

As per my study and personnel view matrix Organization is the best way to handle a team or a organization. A matrix structure can be defined as “a mixed group of team where resulting two chain of command – one along functional lines and the other along project lines.” It means that here a two team functional and project team work together under one project manager and one top management. And to work in matrix organization there are lots of challenge.
The first disadvantage of a matrix company is that project staff member have two bosses : the Project Manager and the Functional Manager. It conflicts of interest and a battle of authority are sure to arise at some point.
Another disadvantage is that having two manager is much more expensive than simply having a functional manager who also play a role of a project manager from time to time.
After these disadvantages there are lots of benefits of a matrix company, If they are using their resources as well way. And to make a matrix company effective and more successfull the leader must be full of confidence and experience.To work effectively as a functional resource manager or as a project manager in a matrix structure, leaders need:-
A:- Organizational Thinking:- It means a leader having deep knowledge of formal and informal organization and using that knowledge to make all decisions.
B:- Influence:- It’s clearly means that the effect of someone or something on any development. Means your way of thinking and way of action towards people and organization is execute the positive outcomes and strengthens relationship.
C:- Self-Management:- It means that the ability to control and manage their emotions and reactions. Means , do which are beneficial for the firm not do something which against the firm. Means never take any decision in your ego.
