Employees were required to get permission to post any material in the workplace; permission was denied for some requests but pictures of nude women were displayed with the full knowledge of management (Boatright, J. 2009). I feel that even with the companies approval the photos where offence to the female employees of the organization. The employee should never have to handle an issue as this when management approves material that is offensive to others.
