This quote states that nobody can change the obstacles that will come throughout life but it's always possible to pick back up and continue, regardless of the obstacle. One may take liking in this quote being that the message it sends is very motivational. This may fit oneself's beliefs because though, there is obstacles when it comes to achieving a goal if one's mind set is set to succeed then they will continue on, not necessarily in the same path as before but in a different and better path. A lot of people go through a time in their life where they want to give up and stop moving forward as stated by Jacquline, “Yes, I have wanted to give up but I could never bring myself to do such a thing” (Hall). Which portrays that she never gave up because she knew that there were too many things on the line if she did and many consequences that would come with it, she just continued to push forward. This quote is known to relate to many as Jacquline stated, “I feel that this quote can relate to me because throughout my life I’ve had to face many obstacles that vary from big to small ones, but I kept pushing because I knew it was what had to be done” (Hall).
