1. Internal and external communication networks are media (technology) rich and face-to-face poor.
2. Existence of high language Barriers.
3. Poor employee communication skills starting from the management level.

II. Statement of Objectives:

1. To induce more on personal means of communication network.
2. To improve on the communication skills of employees from management level to subordinates.

III. Areas of Consideration: Strengths:
• High ratio of technical employees.
• High numbers of employee can speak with its native language.
Weakness:
• Company lack knowledge to assess and remedy its communication problem. Opportunity:
• High ratio of skilled employees.
• Utilize employee’s capability to communicate with its native dialect in communicating with customers of same backgrounds. Threats:
• Possible resistance to change from leaders of the organization. IV. Assumptions:

1. The leaders of the company are unaware of the various communication-related problems.
2. No established department or group to handles communication related issues. V. Alternative Courses of Action:

Recommend a regular time schedule for personal communication/dialogue among departments and employees.

Propose the creation of a technical working group to review various communication problem of the company.

Recommend the conduct of communication trainings and seminars starting from management level down to subordinates.
