Settlers in the North America immigrate to find gold and fertile lands.For this reason, they build up colonies such as Jamestown and Plymouth Colony. Both Plymouth Colony by Puritans and Jamestown by John Smith is successful colonies.However, they couldn't predict that the land has many hardships such as deseases, coldness of weather, lack of foods and relationships between Native Americans. Moreover, Smith claims that people who are in the new world have more chance to change their status because in the land Settlers work more little time rather than old world.Therefore, it means that they can easily get rich.
