This case involves 39-year-old traveling nurse, Jared Kline, who is being charged for sexual abusing three patients, between 2013 and 2014, while working in the emergency department at three different hospitals: George Washington University Hospital, MedStar Washington Hospital Center, and United Medical Center. He was sentences to 86 months with 45 months suspended and is required to register as a sex offender. There were three different incidences where Kline rubbed his genitals on the hands of patients while checking vitals and IV’s.
