POSITION AVAILABLE: 01 HOURLY RATE: Exempt PROGRAM LOCATION: Ft. Bliss, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs as the Quality Control Supervisor with supervisory responsibility for the operation of the QC Section, Maintenance Branch, and Directorate of Logistics.
Performs as supervisor for all aspects of the quality control process. Manages workload and personnel to ensure priorities and customer requirements are met.
As QC, section supervisor ensures the timely and accurate completion of receiving and initial inspections, to include complete and accurate diagnoses and ordering of repair parts. Ensures personnel perform complete and accurate in-line and final inspections, which result in equipment being repaired to established standards. Ensures that section personnel perform accurate and complete classifications and ECOD’s in accordance with applicable regulations and directives.

Required: The ideal candidate must be extremely customer focused and capable of managing fluctuating workloads.
(a) A good working knowledge of the SAMS-IE and/or 1E STAMIS systems, WEB based programs such as LIDB, LIW and FEDLOG.
(b) An understanding of the needs of the organizations serviced and their overall mission completion concerns.
(c) Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to quickly research and collect the necessary data, to establish the applicable facts, and to take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of systematic established guidelines.
(d) Must have several years experience in and with military maintenance and logistics systems at the Battalion or above
