Sself-Portrait When it comes to working in a group I am the person who my group can depend on to get the job done. All my group leader has to do is let me know what my responsibilities are and I will get them done before the due date. I am also able to go beyond my responsibilities if anyone in the group needs help with their part of the assignment I am more than willing to help. I can say that I always take an initiative to get a job done. At work if someone spills something I’m always the one cleaning the spill before I’m told to do it. I am also a very self-motivated person. I don’t need to have someone pushing me to get the job done. In the beginning of a job or group project I know what is required from me to get the job done the most efficient way possible. My positive energy and positive attitude allows me to also motivate other people. Just by smiling at a person you can change their attitude or state of mind. We all have problems and just by someone smiling at you can have that positive energy flow through you and help you smile as well, I am also am strategic person. I design a plan to follow to get the job done. This allows me to not leave out any information that can benefit a positive outcome in a group project or at my job. No one is perfect but if we plan to get the most out of a situation then that outcome can be perfect. This also take skills that you I have developed to plan out a strategy for the job. Knowing how long I have to accomplish a job is the most important aspect for creating the plan. Knowing how to break down the assignment for each day will help.
