On 02/21/2017, Kathleen Dillon contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a grand theft.

Ms. Dillon advised sometime between 1500 and 1600 hours on 02/20/2017, an unknown, homeless, white male whom asked her husband for a ride, stole her black leather purse with contents when he exited the truck.

Ms. Dillon advised that she placed her purse, with contents on the floor of the passenger side in the truck. Her husband drove, she sat in the middle and the unknown white male sat by the passenger door. The white male had a large back pack that he placed on the floor between their feet. Ms. Dillion said she thinks the white male used his back pack to conceal her purse as he stole it upon exiting the truck.
