Kenneth Eugene Oster was employed by Nutrition 101 for almost 4 years. During his four years he accumulated multiple instances of harassment from both Mark Tiffany, a 101 Vice President, and Shawn Moore, his supervisor. Recently Kenneth was promoted to 1st shift manager. When Ken was promoted he was originally told that he would get a two dollar raise with his position. This accommodation was denied to Kenneth for no other reason than he already made more money than the 1st shift manager in Indiana, the home state of our company. Since Kenneth was employed for four years at a hefty fifty cents raise per year he had, over the course of four years, accumulated a two dollar raise.
