Kevin Liddy filed a complaint against Dr. Rolando Larice alleging inappropriate prescribing following his wife’s attempted suicide by overdose. Kevin Liddy stated that his wife, Catherine Liddy was seeing Larice for psychological problems, including depression and bi-polar disorder.

Kevin Liddy stated he contacted Larice’s office during the summer of 2013 to inform him that Catherine had begun drinking alcohol while taking psychiatric medications; however, Larice continued to prescribe the medications.

Kevin Liddy stated his wife attempted suicide on May 6, 2014 by taking a large number of pills and drinking gin. Catherine was transported to Mercy Hospital and was put into a rehabilitation program. Catherine has not seen Larice since
