S3 and G3 because we can see that S3 does not contain starch after the heating according to its brown color which means the salivary mixture has digested the starch within this tube. As for the G3, we can see that the starch is S3 has digested by saliva into sugars according to Benedict’s test.

The Gastric juices (HCI within it) help digesting food and then the food goes into small intestine. And helps pepsin helps digest protein.
Digestion of protein begins through the effect of trypsin helps further digest protein. Pancreatin secreted by pancreas including not only trypsin, also lipase breaking down the fats helps digestion. Protein foods are broken down into their amino acid.
Bile goes into the gall bladder and then stored there. Bile can flow into the duodenum helping break down the fats.
The function of small intestine epithelium is the same as enzymes. Epithelium dissolve in the intestinal juice is a source of the enzymes.
