"Kianna's Law" is a bill that was brought to Congress in 2005, by Senator Sam Brownback, KS. Kianna was a victim of cancer where it metastasized before she was accepted into a clinical trial to treat her disease. She wanted to try the experimental drugs, although they weren't approved by the FDA. "Kianna's Law" would have required the FDA to provide access to Phase 1 and Phase 2 drugs for patients suffering from life threatening conditions. I would support Kiana's Law because terminally ill patient's deserve every fighting chance that is out there. Even if the drug did not work and had severe side effects, they are willing to take that risk because they know they are dying. I do not see the harm in the patients wanting to try drugs that have
