Summary Diversity and networking highly improves social awareness and social skills in business interactions. This report identifies how diversity plays an important role in knowing other culture and different value and through networking we come to know about the whole world. It helps the business in expanding across the boundaries and learning new ways of creativity. The report also proposed different steps to develop the social awareness.

Introduction Social awareness and social skills plays a vital role in business interactions. Every person should have good social awareness and social skills to be interact in business. This report lists the main ideas of how valuing diversity and networking improves social awareness as well as social skills.

Main ideas In today’s world, most of people are in business field. Social awareness and social skills plays the most important role in business interactions. Developing social awareness involves learning about the dynamics of social relationships between individuals, groups and communities. A socially aware individual values human rights and acknowledges the importance of harmonious social interaction for the developmental progress of human beings. Social awareness spans a wide spectrum, beginning with social skills development in early childhood and encompassing the level of social consciousness that leads to social activism and societal transformation. Some points of developing social awareness- * Consider the needs of individuals and groups. * Examine your role in conflicts. * Increase your sensitivity to social justice and harmony. * Educate yourself on social issues. * Step out of your comfort zone to experience unfamiliar groups. * Practice compassion. * Ask other people to support your efforts to become more socially aware. Valuing diversity improves social skills and social awareness. However, culture has a great impact on everyone’s life. Essentially awareness of social situations is about carefully considering what people want, and planning to communicate with them in a way that is intended to meet that need. According to statistics published in 2013 from the Pew Research Centre, 95 percent of teens in the United States use the Internet. Of the teens that are online, 8 out of 10 of them report using some form of social media. With the majority of teens using a networking site -- the Pew numbers show that 77 percent of adolescents use Facebook -- the Internet is quickly becoming a key way for kids to improve social skills.

Conclusion Networking is highly influenced in business interactions. The way of communicating with others is in business has great impact on work. Finally, valuing diversity and networking helps a great in improving social awareness and skills in business.
