Kochan/Cornelius Family Case Study

The Division has worked with the Kochan/ Cornelius family for nearly a year due to the allegation of physical abuse. Although the allegation was not establish and did not rise to the level of abuse or neglect the case remained open to ensure the family needs were met. Currently, the entire family is receiving individual counseling. The children are in involved with CMO. The family agreed that the children needs are being met and has seem improvement in the children’s behaviors. Christopher was struggling behaviorally in his school. However, the Mr. Cornelius and Ms. Kochan are in the process of finding an appropriate school for Christopher.
