On 6/14/16 PM, Amazon Associate (A/A) Georgette Koslop (goergetk) notified Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera that while she was leaving the C-Lot a male associate got in her face and yelled at her. A/A Georgette Koslop also stated that the vehicle that male associate got out of was a Light Brown Chevy Trail Blazer. A/A Georgette Koslop drives a Red Ford Escape, and was parked along the fence in the C-Lot. Using camera C203 at 5:20 AM, A/A Koslop can be getting in to her vehicle and back out of the parking spot. When at 2:50:53 AM, a light brown Chevy Trail Blazer gets behind her and then drives around her vehicle. At this time, the driver of light brown Chevy cuts in front of the red escape and parks in a handicap spot. Using the information provided, security was able to identify the male associate as Integrity Associate (I/A) Luis Henriquez (henluis). Upon being notified by the complainant, S/S Cabrera walked with A/A Koslop to HR’s desk and spoke with HRA Eric Agomuo. Then, HRA Eric Agomuo gathered a witness statement from the complainant. At 7:06 PM, S/S Cabrera called and notified Loss Prevention Manager (LPM) Jeffery Matweecha about a possible Work Place Violence (WPV). Upon being read the complainant’s witness statement, LPM Matweecha stated that it will not be treated as a WPV because there was no treats being made.
