Kudler fine foods is a group of stores opened to provide the local area’s with a gourmet touch, The store has experienced in a relative aspect a good amount of growth. The Kudler fine foods company wants to improve efficiency of its operations as well increase the consumer purchase cycle (Kudler Fine Foods). Kudler is taking a different type of business aspect to make changes that will resonate through the company. Kudler will have to make the necessary business adjustments, using a marketing analysis tool, building a solid foundation and identifying a good mix in the business aspect.
The American Marketing Association is the largest marketing association in North America. A tool used by professionals and organizations in the practice study and teaching of marketing worldwide. The tool is also something that could be accessed every day to help in making a good decision on a marketing strategy (AMA, 2009). In order for Kudler to have a good understanding of the market, the company must first take the step to study the market in their area from a good source of information. The research and information provided by the AMA will help in the expansion of their services such as the catering portion, some organic food lines, adding a frequent shopper program, and the gourmet cooking classes. At this point Kudler Fine Foods does not have a good organized plan to assess the effectiveness of the decisions made, Kudler Should take into the consideration all the aspects before making those decisions. Using the AMA will help Kudler Fine Foods take control of the information and make a more informed decision, this type of action will only help he organization in the long run making it more profitable and efficient. The informed decisions will help Kudler determine what type of action to initiate and how to evaluate accurately the outcomes for future results.
