The Future of Kudler Fine Foods Problem Statement Kudler Fine Foods will deliver good earnings through excellent cost management and increased revenue performance while taking appropriate risks to run more efficiently and deliver a high level of quality product. SMART End State Goals
1. Hire operations manager by end of 1st Quarter (Q1) 2010 to delegate managerial duties.
2. Close Del Mar store by end of 2nd Quarter (Q2) 2010. a. Open new store at new location to replace Del Mar by end of Q2 2010. b. Open three new stores by end of 4th Quarter (Q4) 2012.
3. Implement a New Inventory Control system by Opening Day of New Store in Q2 2010. a. Have all stores on new Inventory Control System by 3rd Quarter (Q3) 2010
4. Increase profitability by 10% by Q4 2010 by renegotiating vendor contracts
5. Integrate perishable goods into New Inventory Control System by end of Q2 2010 to reduce waste by 4% in Q4 2010.
