Kudler Fine Foods Kulder Fine Food provides a full service epicurean grocery store and owned by Kathy Kudler. The gourmet store was opened on June 18, 1998. Kudler Fine Foods is located in La Jolla, Del Mar, and Encinitas. The epicurean store carries a variety of departments and each of the department carries fresh produce, meat, seafood, bakery, pastries, packaged foods, condiments, cheeses, and special dairy products. Kudler Fine Food’s duty is to deliver the best gourmet food and wine to their customers. The gourmet store was designed for the customers to have the cooking experience of creating a gourmet meal without shopping all over the town. Kudler Fine Food sells products of find foods, wine, and culinary tools to help prepare the finest meal (Apollo Group, 2012).
Kudler Fine Food’s have a coupon project, but there are several issues with the project and the issues can cause the project to fail. Team C will analyze the possibilities of issues that can possible causes for the project to get behind schedule, possible effects for the project being implemented late, and possible causes for the project getting behind.
Why Projects fall behind
When working with project management one major concern is keeping the project on schedule. Projects that fall behind can lead to increased cost and risk running past the scheduled completion date. To prevent a project from falling behind a company must first know what can cause the project to fall behind schedule. There are numerous reasons why a project may fall behind. Some of the main reasons that a project falls behind include:
