On 4-2-16 at approximately 0042 hours, Abel Hall RA Derek Kane contacted UNLPD regarding an intoxicated female located in the fifth-floor women's bathroom. Kane reported the female had a bump on her head but was conscious and alert. I was dispatched along with LFR to investigate.

Upon arrival, Kane directed LFR and me into the bathroom where the female was located. The female was identified as UNL student Cara Foster.

Foster was alert and talkative. She had bloodshot, watery eyes and the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath. One of Foster's friends was standing next to her.

While LFR was examining Foster, they asked her about the bump on her head. Foster denied hitting her head. However, her friend who was sober told LFR
