I decide to CC you on this email so you can see that we are receiving all this type of messages on our billing pool. The Financial Aid department being FWD to me now all this issues from LabCorp asking our billing department to change DX codes when they know that we are not allowed to do that.I think we should advise Tina and office managers that our billing department don't bill Labcorp and when the patient came here with LabCorp bill requesting that their Dx codes need to be reviewed and change by the provider our staff needs to email or contact the provider directly. After the provider review the patient Dx codes they needs to contact directly the LabCorp billing department and provide to them the correct information. Please correct me
