R/s the attendance clerk has sent papers to family court for an intervention. R/s this will be the 5th intervention plan for Laquan since he was in 5-K. R/s Laquan often comes in smelling of urine and he goes to the nurse for a change of clothes. R/s on yesterday, Laquan brought a note from his mother stating that Ayzaria would be a bus rider, but Antwan also sent a note stating that Ayzaria would be car rider. R/s Antwan was waiting in the car line for Ayzaria. R/s Laquan had a meltdown, and stated that he would receive a beating if Ayzaria don’t come home with him. R/s within 11 days he has been absences 8 times and tardy twice. R/s reportedly Laquan is responsible for caring for his younger siblings while Jazmine is at work. R/s it is believed Jazmine gets home at 2am. R/s on yesterday Laquan had a meltdown and stated that he would receive a beating if Ayzaria doesn’t come home with him on the bus.
