Abstract I will state one section and also defined the qualitative data by position, either by Intrinsic or Extrinsic.

Introduction There are times when people feel abandoned when they don’t get their own recognize for doing a great job. Some people feel as though seniority people are in the way, of good outstanding people, because they feel as though if they have been on a job such long, why continue to still have the same job, and not being promoted, but only receiving gifts.
Chosen Variables The part that I choose was position and intrinsic satisfaction. Only because I wanted to see the results plus the outcome. I wanted to see if the outstanding employees was affected by employees who was there for a long time like seniority employees who was been rewarding for being employed for a long time, but haven’t been doing an outstanding job.
Difference in variable types The difference in qualitative and quantitative variables is that it is the way you approach it. Qualitative research has to do with a specific observation, for example if you start a task and you understand it, and then you can show other people how to do that same task. But with quantitative research you are taking an approach, like for example a test, or an experiment, in order to find data to improve or disprove the outcome. For another clear example, if I state that the world is coming to an end, then I would have to prove and hard in order to everyone to believe that it is true.
Descriptive statistics: Qualitative variable [pic]

Explanation of descriptive statistics The descriptive analysis represent that in the first quarter that the job only has in blue(seniority) red(young people by outstanding titles) that it was the same population, but grew in the 3rd quarter
