Academic Search Premier. Web. 5 Nov. 2013. This academic journal article talks about how many animals and what type of animals were used for cloning. It also describes about how much meat of cloned cattle entered the food supply before it was stated safe to eat. This academic journal focuses on the health of the cloned animals and about which cell transfer is better to use. This article is somewhat related to my topic because it still has some good facts about why the cloned meat is safe to eat.

On the FDA Website, it shows that the US Food and Drug administration concluded that clones of cattles, pigs, and goats are safe as food we eat every day. This website talks about how the cloned animals are healthy just like conventionally bred animals. It also states that the FDA won’t have to put food labels on the cloned meat because they did tests to prove that they are safe to eat. This website contains all facts and it’s not biased at all. This website is very relevant to my topic because it answers my question about cloned food being safe or not.

They searched his farmhouse and found her body decapitated and was hanging upside down by her feet. Her body was dressed out like that of a deer. He had shot her with a .22 caliber rifle. They questioned Gein about all the body parts he had in his house. He told investigators that he had made about 40 visits to local graveyards in a daze like state. ... They are often moments of silence preceding a swift burst of loud music as the killer unexpectedly jumps out. There are several examples of shock value throughout The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. One of the most early examples is when Hitchhiker cuts his hand with a blade with no signs warning the viewer of what is to come. This moment shocks the viewer because no considerably normal person cuts their hand for fun and personal enjoyment. ...This starts around 55:00, when Stretch falls into Leatherface’s room, which is littered with skinless corpses. She hides because she knows how crazy he is and that he could overpower her in an instant (like when they had the encounter in the radio tower at 41:00). Later, around 1:07:00, she escapes Leatherface’s room. She quietly traverses the caverns she is stuck in, anticipating being captured once again. This is a perfect example of Solomon's nightmare world because it fits in with everything he said. Stretch was not prepared to be in the hellhole called Texas Battleland; she was a simple radio host days before. Also, Leatherface seems to have abnormal strength, and just seems so inhuman that it is difficult for the viewer to associate with him. These match up with Solomon’s statements about the unpreparedness of the victim and the strength of the source of horror. When Stretch is exploring the Texas Battleland in search of an exit, it shows Solomon’s idea of the victim knowing that there is danger around them as they explore. Since Stretch is a victim just as he described, the viewer has an easy time identifying with her. Otherwise a “typical” individual, serial killers turn to violence and death in search of power over others, and to explore their fatal addiction to their monstrous thrills. Most of society views serial killers as they are portrayed on television. There’s Dexter, the handsome serial killer who, while leading a normal life, takes it upon himself to rid all of the “bad guys” in the world in order to fulfill his need to kill. Then there’s Freddy Kruger, a disfigured dream stalker who uses a glove armed with razors to kill his victims in their dreams, causing their deaths in the waking world as well.
