Write a five to seven (5-7) page paper that evaluates Jeanne Lewis' management of change. Give specific and direct attention to the following issues:

* Define the nature of the change she was trying to achieve. Was it a strategic repositioning of the company or a tactical implementation of a strategic plan? Or, was it something else?
