...Marietta, Georgia (Attachments B & C). This company supplied the OEM replacement parts that I used to replace the hail-damaged ones this spring. As having the repair work done and having it done right are two different matters, digital photographs of the repaired vehicle are available upon request. These photos were illuminated with the indirect sunlight of a late December afternoon. The linear reflections of a nearby building approximate the lighting that body shops use to detect dents. If you rather lay eyes on my car, I will drive my car to a place of your choosing for inspection. My vehicle is not salvage titled. Oklahoma does not issue them for hail-damaged vehicles like mine. Only vehicles that are not roadworthy and vehicles that are flood-damaged get salvage titles. Please refer to Oklahoma Statute Title 47 § 1111 and Oklahoma Administrative Code 710:60-5-53 to verify this statement. Request № 2: Would you also report to your insurance databases that my car has been repaired to your satisfaction and its insurance value has been restored? The auto insurance databases to which USAA subscribes report my car as a total loss. I really do not want this claim to come back me to haunt me financially. Please do what you can to update these entries to reflect that I am longer driving a totaled vehicle. CAR PIC HERE. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration of my requests. Anything you could do to help me put this bewildering lesson in auto insurance behind me would be appreciated. ...

...In the past few years, numbers of high schools in Fog city school District received negative report cards due to low performance on truancy, achievement gap and test scores. Studies show that majority of the truants will drop out of high school and conduct criminals’ activities. The rest of them most likely will end up with low wage jobs. These truants also directly impacted the academic performances in fog city school district. Their behavior influenced other students to think that school is not their priority. The unhealthy study environment results the whole school district scored below statewide average scores on state reading and writing exam. We have to take initiative to try whatever we can to get our school and students back on track, and I think the PASS – Promoting Achievement and Student Success program will just does that. PASS is a rewards program that rewards outstanding students base on numerous categories such as attendance, standardized test scores, community service activities, following school code of conduct and Participating in school-sponsored extra-curricular activities. It will also reward quality teachers who worked hard for our next generation. This new program has presented its initial success in other cities. As a member of school board, I fully support implementing the program with exception of reward for standardized test scores. I have mix feeling on using incentive as a tool to improve students’ grades. I agree to award students who improved...
